Our Portable Emergency Sea Water Desalination System can be designed to operate using DC or AC Power as per customer requirement.

Our Emergency Portable Sea Water Desalination Reverse Osmosis Watermaker System is the ultimate choice for a reliable fresh Water source for Temporary or for Emergency Situations.

Key Features:

AC or DC power
One Button Start-Stop Application
Energy Efficient, low amperage per gallon of product water

System Pumps:

The desalination system comes with a suction supply pump which pulls the sea water from storage units or directly from the sea. Apart from this, it also accommodates highly efficient booster pump for extended pre-filter life.

Noise Reduction Features:

Aside from vibration isolation mounts, the desalination watermakers are equipped with noise pulsation dampeners that ensure smooth and quiet operations.

• The desalinating system comes with heavy-duty pressure gauges that ensure accurate assessment of water.

• The Membrane Vessel is made of fibreglass which is strong enough to withstand high-pressure and corrosion.

• The equipment has linings made of convoluted foam and cut foam cubes. Additionally, the cases have double-throw latches, a moulded plastic handle, and a vent to keep a padlock. Apart from these, the system accommodates two dia. polyurethane wheels and a retractable handle which promote mobility.

Some of the safety features of the water desalination system include:

• A fail-safe product water diversion valve
• Low-Voltage Control Circuitry, shielded terminals, & protected high voltage components for enhanced safety
• High-end membrane that accommodates high-quality product water in a small space

System Specifications:

Stage 1: The Five Micron Sediment pre-filter is responsible for reducing the sediment, sand, silt, and other dust particles that may be present in your water supply.

Stage 2: Your water supply may contain harmful water contaminants which come from a variety of sources, from the use of herbicides and pesticides to gasoline or oil spill. The Five Micron lead and the chemical reducing carbon block filter (LVOC) which is installed in the desalinator is capable of reducing lead and other harmful organic chemicals.

Stage 3: Enhanced FILMTECTM seawater reverse osmosis components guarantee the highest productivity while maintaining excellent salt rejection. FILMTEC SW membrane elements boast high flow rates which successfully meet the water demands of both sea-based and land-based desalinators. FILMTEC SW elements operate at lower pressure, so you can cut down your operating expenses to a great extent. Additionally, this membrane combined with automated, precision element fabrication strives to offer the best product performance.

Stage 4: The desalinators are geared with carbon filters which have activated carbon, a thermoplastic binder, and filtration media for oxidation. Generally, the filters are moulded into unique shapes, such as rods, tubes, slabs, flexible sheets, or other shapes using a proprietary solid-state extrusion process. The end products are highly porous and extremely uniform, divulging high adsorption capacity and faster particulate reduction at low flow resistance.

Extruded activated carbon filters strive to meet all the requirements, as specific models are registered for meeting the demands of NSF/ANSI for VOCs and THMs reduction, as well as chlorine taste and odour reduction, and other requirements relating to purity and safety of their materials of construction.

Stage 5: The seawater consists of various microorganisms, from bacteria, viruses, algae to protozoa. Ultra Violet disinfection is used to disinfect and sterilize Permeate Product Water after the Desalination Process. One of the most top benefits of such treatment is that it is capable of disinfecting water effortlessly without retention tanks and toxic chemicals. UV treatment systems are also highly cost efficient.

Seawater usually contains approx 32K – 45K ppm of total dissolved solids (TDS). According to World Health Organization, a maximum TDS level of less than 500 ppm is suitable for drinking water. The Reverse Osmosis water treatment technology is responsible for making seawater drinkable by eliminating the total dissolved particles by 99 percent. Ampac USA Sea Water Desalination Watermakers are specifically designed to carry out these applications.

The RO technology is quite cost-effective, requiring lower capital costs than alternative treatment methods, such as evaporation and distillation. Conveniently enough, Reverse Osmosis is far less energy intense which lowers operating cost.

As opposed to the regular watermakers, AMPAC USA Sea Water Desalination Watermakers are operational at low pressure, and also produce higher permeate water to feed water ratio. AMPAC USA Watermakers are designed to pass raw water through a series of filters to remove dissolved impurities, reducing turbidity and other major challenges. The RO Booster Pump can force the feed water through the reverse osmosis membrane, offering delectable, salt-free, purified water which matches the standards of drinking water set by World Health Organization.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including
